    Being a Team Captain
As a captain your main responsibilities would be to draft teams at the beginning of the season, ensure each of your players receives a fair amount of play time every week, and send out weekly email reminders. Captains do not need to be the very best frisbee players. A positive attitude, good leadership and/or communication skills, and some knowledge of and/or experience with competitive ultimate is all you need. We plan to have a male and female captain on each team, so we especially encourage women to volunteer. Captains will be selected from the pool of players who want to be a captain. If the pool is too large, some people may not be selected this season, but those players will receive extra consideration if they still wish to be a captain the following season.
